Our team has never lost a certification, de-certification, or de-authorization election since the founding of our company and for nine years prior to that. Additionally, no unfair labor practice charge by any union has ever been won against any client of ours while we have been retained by the employer.

Although we are very selective regarding which enterprises we will assist about employee relations and organized labor, we are exceedingly good at ensuring that the desires of our clients and their employees are met or exceeded in a peaceful and rational manner…to the benefit of all stakeholders including employees, customers and investors.
