Although most of us spend much of our time at global client locations, we are based in Chicago, Dallas, Jacksonville, Scottsdale, Sydney and Tucson.

Brian GaganBrian F. Gagan is the Leadership Strategies Founder and President and holds management and human resources degrees from the University of Maine and Syracuse University. He has lived throughout America and in Europe and his background includes large business unit and full P&L responsibility to $180,000,000 as well as 40 years in operations and human resources executive roles. He maintains an active role with two Board appointments and he has worked with enterprises in nearly all business sectors, large and small, domestic and international. He has held executive and officer positions with Maine Medical Center, Burger King Corporation, Pillsbury, Pepsi, Lifetouch, CSK Auto and Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation.  Some of Brian’s primary areas of specialty are creating rapidly successful mergers and acquisitions, enterprise inefficiency elimination, mitigation of organized labor influences, financially effective organizational structuring, reduction of variable expenses, rationalization of group benefits costs, retained executive search, pre-employment and pre-promotion assessments and executive capability determinations, enterprise financial and operational turnarounds, senior executive capability improvement, assistance to public company Boards of Directors and Board committees, successful domestic and international business expansion, design of executive reward structures, and rapid/permanent elimination of insidious human capital and enterprise performance and outcome roadblocks.
