Our Profiles On The WebT (POTW) Assessment Center provides you and your organization with 24-hour, 7-day per week candidate assessment and reporting capabilities on a worldwide basis in seven languages. The POTW site provides each of our clients with access to all available assessments, in-depth assessment information and sample reports and a robust database of all completed assessments with unlimited assessment reporting.

The POTW Assessment Center utilizes the latest in technology and has over 99% up time and is backed up on a regular basis through redundant servers in various locations throughout the United States.

Each of our POTW clients receives in-depth on-site training and support from our consultants who each have years of assessment training and experience. Following the initial training, we continue to provide our clients with regular telephone support and assistance with job pattern development, assessment processing, meter orders and any other needs that might arise.

There are two options in POTW Assessment Centers, the Corporate POTW site and the Individual POTW site.

The Corporate POTW site includes a corporate office portal and provides our clients with the ability to establish up to fifteen site clients. This option is often used by organizations having multiple divisions, operating units or branches that will be utilizing Profiles Assessments and desire the ability for those sub-organizations to maintain their own assessment sites and candidate databases, while providing the corporate entity access to all data on an enterprise-wide basis.

Our smaller clients utilize the Individual POTW site with single business units or parent organizations with no more than five operating entities, while making use of the entire assessment system on a smaller scale.
