Nearly all of our work is covered under either a fixed project fee or on a retained services basis. Our fees are clearly outlined in a detailed proposal, enabling you to know exactly what you will be charged in advance of being charged for it. Nearly 80% of our project engagements are undertaken by either one or two of our exceptionally skilled consultants. We will not assign excess consultants to a client’s challenges and we will not charge an organization extra for what one consultant should know and be skilled enough to do. 97% of our consulting projects are completed on time or ahead of schedule. We do not charge, directly or indirectly, for travel time. All project expenses are billed to the client at direct cost with supporting documentation and all project expenses are managed as though they are not going to be billed to the client.

In other words, we do not waste our clients’ money.

Much of our domestic and international air travel, for instance, is booked through an air travel consolidator, which usually saves our clients between 25 and 55 percent on air travel expenses when compared with other consulting firms. Many of our clients now use that same consolidator and one client company saved 1.2 million dollars in travel related costs during one year alone as the result. Additionally, we have a practice of never adding margin to our travel expenses as all large consulting firms do.

No extra consultants, no extra expenses, no endless projects and no unplanned costs are the means by which we manage our projects and our relationships with our clients, creating much greater value for our clients and a much more positive reaction to the term “consultant”.
