Introduction

One aspect of organizational culture and performance that is frequently overlooked, but nonetheless has a significant impact on company financial and market performance is that of Reasoning Style.  The manner with which organizations ­reason through challenges and opportunities appears to be one of the three largest factors related to financial performance and business expansion.  It is, in fact, rather easy to adjust organizational reasoning styles without regard to the size of the organization.  The purpose of this article is to summarily demonstrate how to change the reasoning style of an organization in the event that you determine that the success of your organization is being limited by its cultural reasoning style.
